The winners of the Annual Christmas Lighting and Decoration Contest were as follows:

New board members elected for 2008 are:
Jim Doyle & Brian Mead
------------------------------------------------Since we were not able to meet quorum at either attempted HOA Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors held an executive session to vote on required HOA business, including electing new directors from nominated candidates to fill 2 open positions. The December newsletter will communicate the results of this meeting.
------------------------------------------------Summerwind’s Annual Meeting is rescheduled for Tuesday, November 20, 2007 @ 7:00 pm @ Sierra Heights Elementary. We did not achieve quorum at the first meeting so must meet again to conduct business for the year. Please watch for a mailer with the agenda, absentee proxy form, and budget information to arrive soon.
